WEEKLY REVIEW #3

THURSDAY 18TH OF FEBRUARY

In the past week I have focused on continuing my four themes- this included finishing my powerpoint and updating my four pages on my site.

I was really happy with how they all turned out- I feel I included lots of depth into the research and benefitted from learning about a range of artists.

In particular I was especially pleased with my 'Abstract' unit. Instead of doing a brand new shoot with limited facilities I chose to do some inspired pieces of abstract art and overlay them with some photos I took last December. These photos were originally for my friends partners brand and I thought the nature of the wacky t-shirts suited the vibe of my inspired artwork.

On reflection I think the only part I could improve on is the quality of my other shoots with connection, contain and narrative. Even though the photos I took where fairly visually pleasing looking back on them I thought they where rushed and could have been thought out better.

Saying that considering the current state of the world and the heavy restrictions I feel I did okay.
