THURSDAY 15TH APRIL

This week society has felt more and more back to normal- which has been unanimously both a good and bad thing. Its been a lovely experience to sit In a pub garden again after months of not being able to properly socialise in a setting where you pay over the odds for a drink.

Saying all of this though its additionally been a struggle to actually get any work done! Im also very aware of the fact that deadlines are creeping up on me and I need to push through this final hurdle and then I can relax.

In the next couple of weeks I want to shoot the last of my colour film which I haven't touched since December and I'm excited to see how it turns out. I love the patience that follows with shooting film and I think thats what sets it apart from digital. You can't look back and change the direction mid shoot as you have almost no idea on what it looks like! I personally think it sparks something inside of me when I receive my developed film back and it provokes lost memory.

This weekend will be my first day back at work so I'm also hoping surrounded by a range of ages and personalities will further inspire me.
